What we collect, and what we don't.

Last updated: 11 September 2026

This page describes what happens to your personal data when you use this site. It is written to be read, not to be survived — if anything here is unclear, ask us and we'll explain it.

Who is responsible

Merc Raiders operates this site and decides how the data described below is handled. You can reach us about anything on this page at contact@mercraiders.com. We answer requests about your data at that address.

What we collect

Only what you type into the booking form:

  • Name and email address — required, so we can reply to you.
  • Discord tag — optional, and usually the faster way to reach you.
  • Number of raiders, the fight, preferred date and time, and your notes — what you're asking for.

We do not ask for payment details on this site. Payment happens separately, through PayPal or Pix, and those details never reach us through this form.

Serving the site also involves your IP address and basic connection data, which our hosting provider processes to deliver the page and to block abuse. We don't build profiles from it.

Why we're allowed to process it

Because you asked us to. Sending the form is a request for a quote, and handling that request is a preliminary step toward a possible contract with you — the legal basis in article 7, V of Brazil's LGPD, and article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for visitors in Europe.

That is also why there is no consent checkbox on the form: consent is not the basis we rely on, and pretending otherwise would only make your rights less clear.

Who else sees it

Two service providers, both of which process the data on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare — hosts the site and delivers it to you.
  • Resend — turns your form submission into the email that reaches us. Your submission stays in their sending log.

Both are based in the United States, so your data is transferred outside Brazil and outside the European Economic Area. We don't sell your data, we don't share it for advertising, and nobody else receives it.

How long we keep it

Your request stays in our email inbox and in Resend's sending log for up to 12 months, after which we delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, to give you a copy, to correct it, to delete it, or to tell you who we've shared it with. Write to contact@mercraiders.com and we'll handle it. There is no charge, and you don't need a reason.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking scripts. That is why you were never shown a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

One thing worth naming: the page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page opens. It's the only third party your browser contacts.

Changes to this page

If what we do with your data changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
